The Highland Council has just published a proposed Local Development Plan for Caithness and Sutherland  http://consult.highland.gov.uk/portal/proposedcasplan?pointId=s1444907286972#s1444907286972.

It’s open for public consultation until 18th March. If you think there are some changes required it’s a good time to influence the final version.
